We hope that you are completely satisfied with you order. If you are not satisfied, you may exchange or return items from you order for a full refund, minus shipping and a restocking fee of 20%, subject to the following:
*All return or exchange requests must be made within 5 days from receipt of your order.
*An authorization number is required on returns and exchanges..
*Ship returns promptly after the return authorization number is issued.
*We allow 7 days shipping time once the return authorization number is issued.
*Returns will NOT be accepted without a valid return authorization number by us.
*Any package returned without the proper authorization number clearly printed on the outside of the box will be refused.
*Original tags must be attached.
*Clothing must be in new condition.
*We are unable to accept returns on items that were printed, damaged while worn, washed, or decorated merchandise.
*No returns on personalized items.
*Defective merchandise must be returned with a piece of tape indicating the location of the flaw.
*Defective or damaged merchandise claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order with a description of the problem, so we can make arrangements to resolve the problem.
*All claims for shortages, damages, etc., must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. |
